At Yamaha, KANDO is not only for our customers. We believe our employees should experience it too through meaningful work, collaboration, personal growth, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (YME), located in Schiphol-Rijk, the Netherlands, we are looking for a Chapter Lead (S/4HANA Functionals – FICO) in our Information Systems Division.

By fostering knowledge sharing, defining best practices, developing skills, and supporting career development, you will help build strong, future-ready professional communities across all domains.

We are looking for a leader with deep SAP S/4HANA experience, preferably with a strong background in Finance & Controlling (FICO). This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, strengthening professional excellence, and driving continuous improvement while contributing to Yamaha's vision of delivering KANDO to customers and employees alike.

Your responsibilities:

•    Lead and develop the team by coaching business analysts, strengthening business analysis capabilities, and building S/4HANA knowledge to ensure continuity across Yamaha Motor Europe.
•    Manage stakeholders and delivery by building strong relationships with business stakeholders, product owners, train leads, and technical teams while supporting projects and change initiatives.
•    Build professional capability by establishing business analysis standards, templates, and working practices and supporting the development of chapter members.

What do you bring?
•    Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Information Management, Finance, or a related field.
•    Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) (e.g. in functional consulting)
•    Experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
•    Proven ability to write detailed functional specifications and business requirements documentation.
•    Strong knowledge of finance business processes, including:

             • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
             • Financial Accounting (FI)
             • Controlling (CO)
             • Asset Accounting
             • Banking and Treasury processes (advantage)
•    Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
•    Strong SAP ECC experience is also considered highly relevant.
•    Experience with ERP implementations, enhancements, or transformation programs.
•    Experience with Signavio or similar process modelling tools is an advantage.
•    Experience with SAP Cloud ALM is an advantage but not a requirement.
•    Strong understanding of Agile ways of working (e.g. PSM I certified).
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•    Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•    Full professional proficiency in English. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
•    Experience in an international corporate environment.
