For Yamaha Motor Europe, branch Benelux (YMBNL) located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Desk Sales Coordinator P&A in our Sales & Product Parts/Accessories and Service Division.
About the role:
Coordinate all P&A multichannel Sales activities within the YMBNL P&A department. Inform dealer network, B2B, Customers and internal colleagues upon (new) P&A product information. Maintain and secure a flawless Yamaha P&A system. Offer a customer centric back office for all P&A related questions and/or assistance.
Your responsibilities:
• Dealer Support - Assist and inform our Dealer Network concerning all P&A related questions who reach out to us via email and telephone.
• Customer Support - Assist our Customers who reach out to us via telephone number and email. Forward customer 2nd line questions within our YMBNL team or our dealer network. Support and advise Lead/Manager upon all customer questionnaire escalations.
• Order Processing - Coordinate an efficient and flawless P&A order process between our dealer network, B2B, YME and other stakeholders.
• Sales - Coordinate and monitor daily, weekly, monthly sales to secure monthly/yearly P&A budgets and report management upon inconsistencies and/or possibilities.
• Dealer Sales Targets - Inform dealer network monthly / quarterly upon sales results versus sales targets and advise them accordantly to achieve sales targets.
• Information provision - Inform dealer network upon (new) product information, availability and alternatives. Inform and train (new) dealers on Yamaha P&A systems to improve efficiency and results. Support and guide dealer network with all P&A related questions.
• E_Commerce - Coordinate all P&A e_Com related activities to secure our omni-channel sales targets.
• PR activities - Participate in Yamaha promotional events, such as national shows, demo tours etc.
• Local Business - Coordinate all local business (S100, propellors, etc) activities and sales. Analyse new opportunities and initiate improvements on quality and/or sales. Execute clear administration with Yamaha systems, to secure proper purchase and stock control and flawless invoicing and shipping.
• Warehousing - Coordinate Warehouse activities like clearing purchase orders and process local orders to our dealers.
What do you bring?
• Bachelor’s degree (commercial/business/technical)
• Minimum of 3 years Sales Desk experience or (automotive) customer support
• Language efficiency (verbal and written) in Dutch, English and French (mandatory)
• Driving licence categories A and BE, Boating licence I & II is a pro
• Interest in and knowledge of Yamaha (PTW) products
