For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V.(YME), located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Service Coordinator in our Marine Division.
About the role:
Perform technical support to distributors/dealers for all relevant marine products. Improve and coordinate the European Marine Service policies and procedures, drawn up within Divisional guidelines. Set KPI’s on service and warranty performance of the dealers and, based on their performance, write an action plan for Distributors to address the situation / support to improve this performance.
Your responsibilities:
1. Distributors and YME branch office service technical support:
Providing support to our distributors is our main task. This includes addressing technical and warranty inquiries and issues from distributors received by the dealer network and reporting them to YMC via email or through the market information system. It also involves improving the warranty workflow by streamlining internal procedures and system processes
2.Support, modify and maintain systems processes:
Modify and maintain if needed service systems and databases such the ones used in warranty operations creating future YME marine business systems.
3.Monitor, measure and increase the performance of our dealers:
Monitor internal KPI’s on dealer warranty cost and performance with our BI tools, based on Yamaha’s policies and procedures. Based on these KPI’s, regularly measure the related performance of distributors/dealers. Together with the Service team and the distributors, define tools/support to improve the performance of the dealers with regards to service/warranty.
4. Support Product Planning and Management:
Support Product planning by gathering and providing proper feedback from the European market inquiries and issue. Keep close contact with all the YME stakeholders and the distributors to support new product developments.
What do you bring?
- Business experience of 3 years.
- Functional knowledge in the field of Marine
- After-sales technical support
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a technical field.
- Communicational (internal / external) skills.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Excellent MS Office software skills.
